Arbor Day is April 29th. There are some great resources out there for you to use with your students, including the interactives found at arborday.org. Pictured below is The Life of a Tree, which gives information about the growth of trees and how the rings in the trunk tell the tree’s age. This is a great Christmas interactive with many layers to it. It includes the story of Christmas and how Christmas came to be, how we celebrate Christmas today, think and discuss questions, and a few games. These are religious activities, so you be the judge as to whether it is appropriate to share in your classroom.

Here is another fun interactive eCard that I found while browsing Delicious that would be fun on the SMART Board. Just click on the noses to make your own tune, or choose a song and be guided. Look through the rest of their collection as well for other fun Christmas cards.
